Daltonganj, Dec. 24: Jharkhand government is going to launch its pre-conception and pre-natal diagnostic techniques website ‘Garima Jharkhand’ on January 1, 2022.
Intimation to this effect has been sent to the DCs of all the districts of the state by the Additional Chief Secretary (Health) Arun Kumar Singh.
The state government in this regard has mandated to all the registered ultrasound centers to fill and upload Form F.
However, the intimation reads that many ultrasound centers in the state are just not bothering to fill and upload Form F. Show cause notices have been issued to such defiant and erring ultrasound centers.
The ACS has asked the DCs to ensure that these centres abide by the government’s directive in regard to the Form F.
Notably, form F is a highly useful document of the visitor who comes to the ultrasound centre. It carries a lot of information about the visitors’ previous children with gender, previous obstetric history of the pregnant woman etc.
A hard copy of the Form F is to be deposited at the district pre conception and pre natal diagnostic techniques office besides keeping a copy of the same at the ultrasound centers.
There are more than two dozen registered ultrasound centers in Palamu.
