Dubai, Nov 8: The last league match of the tournament will be played between India and Namibia in the T20 World Cup today at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Dubai.

After New Zealand’s win against Afghanistan, the Indian team’s hopes of reaching the semi-finals have ended. Therefore, the result of this match will have no effect on the tournament. Team India has been out of the semi-final race, but after winning today’s match, the team would definitely like to bid farewell with respect. Not only the team, captain Virat Kohli would also like to end his T20 captaincy with a win.

About a month before the start of the tournament, Virat Kohli had announced to step down as captain from the T20 format after the T20 World Cup. With this match, Virat Kohli and Ravi Shastri era as captain and coach in Indian cricket will come to an end today.
