New Delhi, Oct 9: Tej Pratap Yadav, a leader in the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), and the son of Lalu Prasad Yadav left the party’s national meeting in New Delhi today after claiming that senior RJD politician Shyam Rajak yelled expletives at his sister and personal assistant (PA).
When Tej Pratap Yadav stormed out of the party’s two-day national convention on Sunday, he spoke with the media and said that Shyam Rajak had abused him when he called to ask about the schedule of the programmes.
“Shyam Rajak (RJD national gen secy) abused me, my personal assistant&my sister today when I asked him about the meeting schedule. I have audio recording and I will put it on my social media. Such BJP-RSS people should be thrown out of org,” said RJD leader and Bihar minister Tej Pratap Yadav.
Today in New Delhi, RJD’s two-day national conference got underway. As a result of state president Jagdanand Singh skipping the two-day national convention that got underway in New Delhi on Sunday, it appears that turmoil is building within the RJD.
