Ranchi, June 17: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Friday faced severe trolling after he tweeted on the issue of ‘Agneepath’, amid several protests against the scheme in the nation. Viewers trolled Soren’s Facebook page and Twitter handle with more than 127 comments in 6 minutes of the post.

CM Soren on his twitter account wrote, ‘On the reinstatement on a contract and named Agneeveer! What else can be expected from this sloganveer government? Wake up future leaders.’ (Bahali anubandh par evam naam Agniveer! Is sloganveer sarkar se aur ummid bhi kya ki ja sakti hai? Jago bhavishya ke karndharon, jago.)

The CM was put in the dock by several Twitter and Facebook users because of his comment. Manish Kumar Jha questioned the CM and wrote “How many people have you provided jobs to”, Vicky A+ve commented, “I want to write about several issues, but am afraid that you will have me arrested, so let it be. However, please have a look at the number of recruitment done by you.”

Similarly, Kunal Kr.! commented, “Look at your state sir you have not been able to take a JSSC exam in 3 years. Lol you are sure to go too.” Meanwhile, Binay Bhaskar attached a picture of CM’s tweet from August 28, 2019 and questioned, “Look at what you did and then comment.”

Sachhinanad Bera while commenting said, “Your government always weeps for lack of funds. But here the children’s clothes were lost, ? 84 crore was returned due to non-opening of the bank accounts. Give strict punishment to the guilty officials. This is not negligence but a criminal act. look at yourself first.”

Notably, the Centre’s Agneepath scheme was also opposed in Palamu and Dhanbad districts of Jharkhand. In Daltonganj, youths blocked the railway track for 45 minutes, while in Dhanbad, youths preparing to join the army demonstrated on the roads.
