Ranchi, March 17: Union Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda played a Good Samaritan today. He found an accident victim identified as Abu Shamim was lying in a pool of blood for more than half hours on Main Road Overbridge. Munda was returning to his residence after watching Kashmir Files in Fun cinema hall in Hinoo. Munda admitted the accident victim to RIMS and gave necessary directions to the doctors for his care.
