Banda, Aug 13: Eight more bodies of the victims of Banda boat capsize incident have been recovered with the help of police and divers.
With this, the death toll has reached to 11 so far. The process of identifying bodies and search operation underway.
A boat full of passengers capsized in the Yamuna river in the Marka area of Uttar Pradesh’s Banda district, killing at least four people and leaving a number of others missing on Thursday. The boat capsized while carrying people from Fatehpur to Marka village.
