New Delhi, Aug 21: Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister of Delhi, criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday for the Look Out Circular (LOC) the CBI had issued against him.

“All the raids issued by you have failed, the foul play of not even a single penny has been found. Now, you have issued a Look out Circular that Manish Sisodia is absconding, what is this gimmick, Modi Ji? I am openly roaming in Delhi, tell me where do I need to come?” he tweeted attacking PM Modi in Hindi.

“It’s unfortunate that PM keeps thinking against whom should a CBI ‘Look Out Circular’ be issued today. Today, the country is looking for a leader who can give solutions to inflation, unemployment. The public will give a ‘look out notice’ to them in 2024,” he added.

Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal also reacted strongly against the circular.

“At a time when the common man is battling inflation, crores of youth are unemployed, central govt along with all the state govts should fight unemployment & inflation. Instead every morning they start this CBI-ED game. How will the country progress in this way?,” asks Kejriwal in a tweet in Hindi.

Notably, Manish Sisodia, the deputy chief minister of Delhi, and 12 other individuals have been denied travel authorization due to their alleged involvement in the Delhi Excise Policy Scam, according to a Circular issued in their names by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
