Jamshedpur, Aug 16: Premier B- school XLRI Jamshedpur will host a conclave ReENVISION, on the theme ‘The Digital First Mindset’ on August 21.
The conclave would be conducted by XLRI’s PGDM (GM) batch of 2022-23 and is going to be a virtual event.
The importance of the theme can be felt when BCG in its latest report has stressed that “Digital transformation always needs a digital mindset”.

According to IDC, global investment in digital transformation will grow at a compound annual rate of 17.1 percent, reaching a staggering $2.3 trillion (53 percent of all ICT spending) by 2023.
Digital transformation, in its most basic form, defines how a company utilizes technology, people and processes to provide value to its customers.
In doing so, businesses aim to come up with business models that will last longer and bring in the most revenue.
It all comes down to a technological rethinking. It is expected that digital platforms and data and digital intelligence will drive about 70 percent of new value creation happening in the digital economy over the next decade, paving the way for automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning to help businesses expand their reach, customer base and impact.
The conclave will kick off with an inaugural address by Sam Pitroda, chairman, The Pitroda Group followed by the chief guest address by Sindhu Gangadharan, managing director, SAP Labs India.
Rohan Sachdev, managing Partner-India Consulting, EY will deliver his speech.
