The Railway Recruitment Board has released Centralised Employment Notification CEN 02/2026 for recruitment to Technician Grade-I Signal and Technician Grade-III posts, with a total of 6,565 vacancies to be filled. Eligible candidates can apply online from June 30, 2026.

Technician Grade-I Signal — 323 Posts
A total of 323 posts have been designated for Technician Grade-I Signal. The pay scale is Pay Level-5 under the 7th Pay Commission with a starting salary of Rs 29,200 per month. The age limit for this post is 18 to 33 years, and the medical standard is B-1.
Technician Grade-III — 6,242 Posts
A total of 6,242 posts are available under Technician Grade-III. Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of Rs 19,900 per month under Pay Level-2. The age limit for this category is 18 to 30 years, with medical standards as per the detailed notification.
