Jamui, Sept 10: In the Sarasa village of Giddhaur Thana area of Jamui district in Bihar, a young man died after falling into a 15-foot borewell chamber. The youth has been identified as Subhash Kumar, 20 years old. Two people were injured while trying to retrieve the body from the borewell chamber. After the incident, there is an atmosphere of mourning in the area.
Local residents informed the police about the incident. Upon receiving the information, the police reached the scene and are preparing to send the body for post-mortem. However, the family members are refusing to allow the post-mortem.
Regarding the incident, it is said that Subhash Kumar had entered the boring chamber to take out the motor. During this time he slipped and fell unconscious. Due to this he died on the spot. He remained lying in the chamber for about two hours. When he did not return home from the farm, his family went to the farm to search for him. During this time it was found that the body of Subhash Kumar was lying in the chamber. After this the villagers took out the body from the chamber.
