Ranchi, July 22: Chief Minister Hemant Soren has written a letter to President Droupadi Murmu expressing his deep anguish on the violence in Manipur.
He said in his letter that these are the darkest of times and as fellow citizens, everyone is distressed and concerned at the absolute loss of human dignity.
He mentioned that ‘I.N.D.I.A’ stands with Manipur and expressed his desire of healing Manipur.
Soren informed this through a tweet this morning.
