Ranchi, Sept 30: Jharkhand’s Athlete Florence Barla has secured a place in the finals of the 400-metre track event after she secured the second position in Heat 1 during the 36th National Games held in IIT Gandhinagar Ground in Gujarat.
Notably, Karnataka’s Likhita M secured the top position followed by Jharkhand’s Florence Barla in second and Maharashtra’s Aishwarya Mishra in third. The final will be held on Saturday, October 1.
The officials from Jharkhand Athletics Association congratulated her on her qualification and wished her the best for the finals.
