Following the filing of a FIR against Tyagi on Sunday after a number of his supporters entered the community and began yelling slogans and raising a commotion, the demolition operation was conducted the following day. The fugitive Tyagi has been charged under the Gangster Act by the Nodia Police.

Six people who had entered the community on Sunday and caused a disturbance, according to Central Noida’s Deputy Commissioner of Police Rajesh S, have been taken into custody.

Tyagi, who identifies as a Kishan Morcha member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, is charged of shoving and abusing a woman who lives in Noida’s Sector 93B Grand Omaxe neighbourhood during an altercation.

Mahesh Sharma, a BJP member from Gautam Buddha Nagar, told residents of the community on Saturday that the party cannot support Tyagi’s actions.

Additionally, Tyagi is not connected to Sharma’s party, according to Sharma. Tyagi, was on Friday booked by Noida Police after a video of the incident where he can be seen abusing and pushing a woman came to light.
