Hazaribagh: Shakti Automobile organises exhibition for Partition Horrors Remembrance Day

Ramgarh, Aug 12: Bharat Petroleum’s Shakti Automobile in Demotand, Hazaribagh organised an exhibition on the 1947 India Partition on Friday. 

The exhibition portrays the horror of the partition which will be celebrated on August 14 as “Partition Horrors Remembrance Day” all over India.  

 

 

The exhibition was inaugurated by Ajit Kumar Choubey, Sgt Major, Hazaribagh, Sajendra, Deepak Toppo, and Niraj Kumar, Sales Manager, Bharat Petroleum. 

Niraj Kumar said that the main objective of this exhibition is to make the customers and the young ones aware and educate them about the pain suffered by our ancestors. 

The operation of  Shakti Automobile is run by Kargil Martyr Vidhanand Singh’s daughter Soni Singh and sons Bhivshankar and  Ravi Shankar. 

Ravi said that this type of exhibition has been organised for the first time in Hazaribagh and the purpose is to make the new generation feel the horrors of the partition of India.  

The exhibition will continue till August 15.
