An earlier report from the AP said that Russian missiles had entered Poland.

According to Polish authorities, an explosion in Przewodow, a village in eastern Poland about 6 kilometres (3 1/2 miles) from the Ukrainian border, resulted in the deaths of two people. Early information suggests it might not have been brought on by a missile fired from Russia, US President Joe Biden earlier stated.
