New Delhi, Jan 21: Team India will play against New Zealand in the second One-Day International in Raipur on Saturday in an effort to secure an unbeatable 2-0 series lead after edging them by just 12 runs in the first game.

For the first time ever, an international game will be played at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Cricket Stadium. Shubman Gill’s double century in the first ODI provided the cornerstone for India’s victory. India posted a massive total of 349/8 after choosing to bat first with Gill’s knock of 208. In response, New Zealand benefited from Michael Bracewell’s quickfire century (140), which helped them come closer to the target, but they were bowled out for 337.

India squad: Rohit Sharma (capt.), Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, Ishan Kishan (wk), Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar, Shardul Thakur, Kuldeep Yadav, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj
