DPS Ranchi bids farewell to Class XII students

Ranchi, Feb 3: DPS Ranchi on Friday hosted the farewell ceremony for Class XII (Batch 2022-23) at its premises. This event was planned to bid goodbye to the senior-most students of the school as they step out into the world from their sheltered lives at school.

The festivities kicked off by a dance performance on the foot-tapping beats. The school choir group presented a medley of songs which reminisced the past years of the departing batch spent in the edifice of education.

The students of Class XII thanked their juniors and also expressed their gratitude to the teachers for all the effort in making them upcoming professionals. They also confessed to having mixed feelings about leaving their school which has been a source of great opportunities and has shaped their personalities.

Saksham Shivasish emerged as Mr DPS while the title of Ms DPS was bagged by Nashita Imam.

Addressing the students, Principal Dr Ram Singh showered his blessings on the students and wished them the best of luck with their exams. He inspired the students to conquer all obstacles and soar high in the limitless sky. He also encouraged the students to work hard not only to achieve their set goals but also to become good citizens. He affirmed his faith that the students will carry on the legacy of the school and will contribute to their nation as nation builders.
