Ramgarh: Static Surveillance Team seizes vehicle, recovers cash worth Rs 10 lakh

Ramgarh, Feb 13: The Static Surveillance Team on Sunday evening seized a vehicle and recovered cash worth Rs 10 lakh during the investigation campaign at Check Naka of Tire Mod in Ramgarh.

After handing over the seized amount to the concerned police station, its information has been sent to the cash release committee constituted in the district and further action will be taken by the committee.

In view of the free and fair organisation of the Ramgarh assembly bypolls and the guidelines issued by the Election Commission of India, on the instructions of District Election Officer cum Deputy Commissioner Ramgarh Madhavi Mishra and Superintendent of Police Piyush Pandey, various static surveillance teams and flying squad teams in the district are working.
