Ramgarh, July 13: Jindal Steel & Power Patratu was awarded as Corporate Engagement to End TB by the Health Department, Government of Jharkhand, under the National TB Eradication Program.
JSP Foundation Chairperson Shalu Jindal and Jindal Steel & Power Chairman Naveen Jindal under corporate social responsibility related to health, education, women empowerment, skill development, sports and health of rural girls in a planned manner in Patratu block of Ramgarh district run many welfare schemes. In this sequence, under the joint aegis of Ramgarh District Administration and JSP Foundation, Patratu, work is being done to provide extra nutritious food to TB patients by making them friends in Patratu block.
On the occasion, RK Ajmeria, Plant Head, Jindal Steel & Power was awarded by Health Minister Banna Gupta and Labor Planning, Training and Skill Development Minister Satyanand Bhokta.
