Ranchi: Indian cricketer Ishan Kishan is set to become a neighbour of former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni in Ranchi, with the Ranchi Regional Development Authority (RRDA) approving the map for his proposed multi-storey residential building in the Daladali Ring Road area.
What Is Being Built and Where
A G+10, that is an 11-storey building, will be constructed on 75 decimals of land in Daladali Mouza under Nagri Anchal, registered under Khata Number 1 and Plot Number 515. The proposed building will come up along the Ring Road and will be located approximately 300 metres from MS Dhoni’s farmhouse in Simliya.
Project Has Been in the Works Since 2022
The bhumi pujan for the project was conducted in 2022. With the RRDA now approving the building map, construction is expected to gain momentum. The residential complex will be part of the rapidly developing premium localities of Ranchi.
Two Cricket Stars, One Neighbourhood
The Daladali and Simliya areas are already emerging as high-profile residential zones in Ranchi. The presence of both MS Dhoni and Ishan Kishan in the same neighbourhood is expected to further elevate the area’s profile and identity as one of Ranchi’s most prestigious addresses.
