Ranchi: The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee will organise a march to Lokbhawan and a mass sit-in protest in Ranchi on September 26 against the MMDR Act and alleged fund misappropriation, with AICC Jharkhand in-charge K. Raju set to visit the state for a two-day trip to attend the event.
K. Raju to Arrive in Ranchi on September 25
Pradesh Congress Committee General Secretary and media department convenor Lal Kishore Nath Shahdeo said K. Raju will travel to Jharkhand on September 25, arriving in Ranchi from Hyderabad at Birsa Munda Airport at 11:10 am. He will then attend a series of party meetings in Ranchi between 2 pm and 5 pm, before staying overnight at the State Guest House in Ranchi.
March to Be Held from Shaheed Sthal to Lokbhawan
According to Shahdeo, K. Raju will join the march and mahadharna at 11:30 am on September 26, organised in protest against alleged fund misappropriation and the MMDR Act 2026. The march will proceed from Shaheed Sthal to Lokbhawan in Ranchi.
