Ranchi: The body of a staffer from the Bihar Chief Minister’s Office (CMO) media team, who went missing mysteriously while travelling on the Jan Shatabdi Express, has been recovered from Jonha in Ranchi’s Angara police station area.
Went Missing During Train Journey
The youth, a resident of Bihar’s Madhubani district, was travelling from Ranchi on the Jan Shatabdi Express when he suddenly disappeared. According to his family, they tried calling his mobile phone but it was switched off, which deepened their worry. They then lodged a complaint at the Tatanagar-Muri railway police station.
Last Mobile Location Led Police to the Body
After receiving the complaint, police began an investigation, questioning two passengers who had been travelling on the train and tracing the youth’s last mobile location, which was found in the Jonha area of Ranchi. Acting on this, police searched the area and recovered his body.
Cause of Death Yet to Be Established
The circumstances of his death are not yet known, and police are investigating the matter.
