According to the information received, the matter is of Sakra police station area. The girl who reached the police station told the police that she had an affair with Mohammad Jehangir Alam. He sexually abused her for many years on the pretext of marriage. When both were caught red handed, the villagers got both of them married two days ago.

The girl told that after the consent of both, the groom Jahangir Alam was also given dowry. During the marriage, two lakh rupees in cash, a bullet bike and washing machine were given as Mehr. But only after farewell the groom ran away. He was searched but could not be found. Along with the groom, his relatives also fled. After this, the girl reached Bariyarpur police station and lodged a complaint against the groom and his relatives.
Villagers got them married
On this matter, Bariyarpur OP President Lal Kishore Gupta told that the application has been received. After catching the lover in the girl’s house, people got both of them married. The love affair between the two was going on for a long time. The girl has filed a complaint about the groom absconding after the marriage. Based on the complaint, both will be first persuaded to live as husband and wife. If the agreement is not reached between the two then further action will be taken.
