Ranchi, Oct 25: Deputy Commissioner Chhavi Ranjan ordered to suspend the Incident Commander if even a single passenger found positive during the investigation at the railway station is missed during a virtual meeting of District Covid Task Force today.
The DC also ordered that no patient will be kept in home isolation and every covid positive patient is to be admitted to the covid hospitals.
In the meeting, the DC while reviewing the Covid-19 investigation, said that if a passenger is found infected during the investigation at the railway station and airport, then he should not be traceless under any circumstances.
During the meeting, the DC also said that special vigilance should be taken from now till Chhath Puja and directed the SDO and the ADM to ensure adequate arrangements during the trains coming from places like Bihar, Maharashtra, New Delhi etc.
The enforcement team will take strict action regarding compliance with Covid-19 guidelines in Ranchi. The DC directed to conduct a campaign for compliance with Covid-19 guidelines. He said that action should be taken against the establishments/shops where the guidelines are not being followed.
In the coming days, the facility of vaccination will be available for the people coming for a morning walk every morning at Morabadi ground. People will be able to take vaccines in the camp from 6 am to 10 am. The DC gave necessary directions to the concerned officer regarding its preparation.
