15 officers, soldiers of Jharkhand to be awarded by President on Republic Day

Ranchi, Jan 25: 15 officers and soldiers of Jharkhand Police will be honoured by the President of India on the occasion of Republic Day.

IPS Rishav Kumar Jha and SSP Anurag Raj will receive the gallantry award. At the same time, ADG Sanjay Latkar will receive President’s Police Vishisht Seva Medal.

Following officers will receive Police Medal for Meritorious Service:

  • Bipin Rajak, ASI Special Branch Ranchi
  • Ramakant Upadhyay, ASI STF Ranchi
  • Shyam Kumar, ASI Deoghar
  • Shripat Kumar, ASI Chaibasa
  • Jania Biruwa, Havaldar STF Ranchi
  • Ramashankar Yadav, ASI STF
  • Jidan Bhengra, Havaldar STF
  • Shankar Dayal Mishra, Havaldar STF Ranchi
  • Chakkar Sahu, Havaldar Khunti
  • Mo. Rashid, Constable JAPTC Padma
  • Monir Khana, Constable Special Branch Ranchi.
  • Manoj Kumar Damai, Constable STF Ranchi
