Jharkhand: JCECEB invites applications from NEET (PG) candidates for state merit list for Mop Up counseling

Ranchi, Mar 9: The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board has invited online applications from qualified eligible candidates of NEET (PG) – 2021 for the preparation of state merit list for Mop Up round of counseling for admission in Post Graduate level courses of state quota vacancies.

Interested eligible candidates are requested to fill the application form online from March 9 to March 11 on the Board’s official website http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in by clicking on “Click here for all Online application submission – JCECEB 2021” tab and following the given directions.

The candidates already enlisted in the state merit list of second round counseling need not apply again. Other terms and conditions and eligibility criteria are same as per Advt No – JCECEB/06/21-52 dated November 16, 2021.

In the light of the notice published by the Director General of Health Services, Government of India, the candidates who have joined their allotted seats through the all India counseling would not be able to give up their seats for new ones, hence they will not be allowed to participate in this Mop Up round of counseling.

The JCECEB has released a schedule stating the timing and dates for submission. Notably, the online forms can be filed between March 9 and March 11. The provisional State Merit List for Mop Up round of Online Counseling will be published on March 12. Any kind of objections regarding the Provisional State Merit List can be registered via an email to controller.jceceb@gmail.com on March 13. However, in case of any discrepancy or anomaly regarding the candidates’ merit rank, the applicant must inform the board for correction with supporting documents via email.

The final state merit list for Mop Up will be published by March 14. Meanwhile, online registration and choice filling for seat allotment can be done between March 15 and March 20. Provisional seat allotment letters will be issued by March 22. Along with this, verification of certificates and documents and admission in the concerned institute will be taken care of between March 22 and March 25.

Fees for online submission of application form for General/EWS/BC I/BC II categories are Rs 1000, while the same for SC/ST/Female candidates of all categories is Rs 500. Meanwhile, the counseling fee for the General/EWS/BC 1/BC II categories are Rs 1250, while the same for SC/ST/Female candidates of all categories is Rs 1000. However, no fees will be needed for Divyang candidates.
