New Delhi, Aug 13: Congress President Sonia Gandhi has tested positive for Covid-19 again. The information came to the fore after party MP and in-charge Communications Jairam Ramesh tweeted about the same.
Ramesh added that Sonia Gandhi was stable and will remain in isolation.
“Congress President Smt Sonia Gandhi has tested positive for Covid-19 today. She will remain in isolation as per government protocol,” he tweeted.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the general secretary of the Congress and daughter of Sonia Gandhi, also tested positive for Covid-19 earlier this week.
Earlier in June, Sonia Gandhi had tested positive for the coronavirus.
