Ranchi: Serious allegations have emerged in connection with the Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), where TSR Data Processing Company manager Abhay Kumar Tiwari, also known as Manoj Tiwari, is accused of forging identity documents and manipulating examination processes. The matter is currently under judicial consideration, with thousands of aspirants awaiting the court’s decision.
Multiple Exams Cleared Under Questionable Credentials
According to allegations, Abhay Tiwari cleared five different competitive examinations, each requiring distinct eligibility criteria and academic qualifications. These included TGT, Food Safety Officer, FRO, and ACF examinations. It is alleged that he acquired degrees from private universities and used them to meet varying eligibility requirements for these exams.
Critics claim that due to his association as a representative of the examination-conducting agency, he faced fewer hurdles in clearing the tests. Legal counsel Rajeev Kumar has alleged that beyond securing his own selection, Tiwari may have facilitated appointments for several family members and associates in CGL and other government departments.
Fake ID Card and Wider Conspiracy Alleged
It has been alleged that TSR Company issued an identity card in the name of Manoj Tiwari instead of Abhay Tiwari to create a layer of deniability in case of exposure. Reports suggest that the company owner had previously been jailed in connection with job-related fraud cases.
Advocate Rajeev Kumar further claimed that CCTV footage exists showing Abhay Tiwari entering and exiting JPSC’s confidential rooms multiple times. If the claims made in the criminal writ petition filed before the High Court are found to be accurate, it could expose what may become one of the largest recruitment scams in Jharkhand’s history.
Court Decision Awaited
The controversy may not be limited to Abhay Tiwari and SP Singh alone, as several JPSC officials could also come under investigation. Thousands of candidates are closely monitoring the case, hoping for swift judicial action and accountability if wrongdoing is established.
