Dhanbad , April 29: Eminent physician of Jharkhand Dr NK Singh ( Dhanbad) has got prestigious American College of Physicians fellowship (FACP) award for his outstanding research work and contribution in continuous medical education (CME) programme.
The award was given to Dr Singh on Friday in a convocation ceremony during annual conference of American College of Physicians 2023 under progress at San Diego, United States of America (April 27 to April 30.
Dr NK Singh has attended the ACP annual conference at San Diego.
The ACP is a Philadelphia-based organization of intermits who specialize in the diagnosis and treatment care of adults. This fellowship is awarded in recognition of outstanding scientific research and contribution in medical research.
Dr Singh is director of Diabetes and Heart Research Centre (DRHC) and runs CME India Broadcast which has membership of over five hundreds experts physicians across the country who daily share their experience and diagnosis on current diseases like Covid, diabetes, seasonal diseases and its infection.
He is national executive member of Research Society for Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI) and was chairman of Jharkhand chapter of this organization which he handed over ( the post) to Dr VSV Prasad last week.
