Ranchi, Feb 12: Bihar Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday said that in regard to the 1932 Domicile based local policy, Chief Minister Hemant Soren is looking into everything. “Whatever decision has been taken by the cabinet regarding the local policy, we are also with it,” he added.

The Dy CM said this while addressing a press conference held at the RJD state headquarters. He further said that during the 2019 assembly elections, we contested the elections under the grand alliance and it was led by JMM supremo Shibu Soren. The alliance has to be further strengthened. In the coming time, the RJD’s programme will be held in all the districts of Jharkhand. The BJP and the RSS will not be allowed to become strong at any cost.

On the other hand, regarding a statement made by Amit Shah in Tripura, Tejashwi said that if like-minded parties contest elections together, then what is wrong with it. “Amit Shah’s words are nonsense. Initially, when the BJP formed the NDA alliance, how many parties were included in it? Amit Shah should also know this,” he added.

Talking about the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections, Tejashwi said that the RJD is yet to decide on the number of seats to contest the elections. “Our only aim is to remove the BJP from power. Our party is working with the ideology of social justice,” he said.
