Jamshedpur, July 22: CII Young Indians Ranchi Chapter in collaboration with Youth 20 engagement group organised a brainstorming session on the theme “A dialogue between young Indian achievers and business networking organisations that mentor entrepreneurs on how to build an ecosystem for business and work towards industry 4.0” at Ranchi on Friday.
Young Indians are the official host of G20YEA and Y20 Engagement group.
The session had five key speakers who shared theirs views on Employability for Youth, Research and Innovation as a way of Life and National Education Policy.
Sanjay, Chief Manager – Personnel, HRD Dept, Central Coalfields Ltd said that it is important to be aware of one’s strengths & weaknesses and then one should come up with a plan. You need to have a vision because the sky is the limit.
Chirag Parmar, Jeevanvrati Karykarta, Vivekanand Kendra talked about National Education Policy and said NEP is indeed a shift from a designer system to an application- based and flexible one.
Ravi Niwash, AGM, CSR, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd focused on the change and said, “Change is the only thing that is constant & yes, Jharkhand’s youth have come a long way. To be employable, one has to have the willingness to learn that it is important to be flexible and have an open mind.”
Ekbal Rashid, Associate Professor, RTC Institute of Technology explained that research is the fundamental building block in the process of idea development. One must always try to evolve and innovate, he added.
Vikas Sinha, Immediate Past Chairman, Yi Ranchi gave the welcome remarks and updated the participants on the CII Yi Mission. Details on G20 YEA and engagements with Y20 were shared by him.
More than 100 delegates including Industry representatives, faculty, and students participated in the event.
