Committees Formed For JMM’s 133rd Central Convention To Be Held In Ranchi On April 14–15

Ranchi: The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) has initiated preparations for its 133rd Central Convention, scheduled to take place on April 14 and 15 at the Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium in Ranchi. In view of the upcoming event, the party has constituted several key committees, with the overall responsibility of coordination entrusted to JMM Central President Hemant Soren.

The central convention will bring together party leaders and members from across Jharkhand to deliberate on political strategy, constitutional amendments, and future programmes.

Three Major Committees Announced

1. Political Resolution and Future Programme Planning Committee

This committee is tasked with drafting political resolutions and shaping the party’s upcoming roadmap. The members include:

• Prof. Stephen Marandi

• Vinod Kumar Pandey

• Deepak Birua

• Mahua Maji

• Basant Soren

• Mathura Prasad Mahato

• Supriyo Bhattacharya

• Hemlal Murmu

• Mithilesh Thakur

• Hafizul Hasan

2. Constitution Amendment Committee

Formed to review and propose amendments to the party’s constitution, this committee includes:

• Nalin Soren

• Vinod Kumar Pandey

• Fagu Besra

• Sudivya Kumar

• Sonu Yogendra Prasad

• Abhishek Prasad

• Vijay Hansda

3. Organising and Reception Committee

This committee will oversee logistical arrangements and reception for delegates. Its members are:

• Vinod Kumar Pandey

• Supriyo Bhattacharya

• Chhama Linda

• Nandkishore Mehta

• Abhishek Prasad

• Manoj Kumar Pandey

• Mahua Maji

• Vikas Singh Munda

• Amit Kumar

• Mustaq Alam

The party aims to make the convention a grand success, with a focus on strengthening organisational unity and outlining future political strategies.
