PRINCE KUMAR

Ranchi, Sept 30: The Registrar General of the Jharkhand High Court has informed the judges of all the districts of the state to start physical court from Monday.

This news came in as a relief for 35 thousand lawyers of the state as the entire judiciary of Jharkhand was working in virtual mode since the time of lockdown and for the last few months, advocates across the state were demanding to start physical court.

The lawyers of the state are quite enthusiastic about the commencement of hearing in the regular court and also expecting to have a lot of activity in the High Court including the Civil Courts.

Welcoming the decision the Jharkhand Bar Council President Rajendra Krishna said that advocates should be present in the court for the hearing and also they should follow the guidelines issued by the state and the central government in the view of Covid.
