Ranchi: In a bid to ensure the effective implementation of Jharkhand government’s flagship Chief Minister Maiyya Samman Yojana, Ranchi Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Manjunath Bhajantri conducted a surprise inspection of the ongoing beneficiary verification drive in Hatma Bhatta Uptoala, Ward No. 02 on Friday.

During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner personally interacted with the scheme’s beneficiaries, taking feedback on the verification process and their understanding of the scheme. He assured those who have not yet received the Samman amount that they will be duly covered after successful verification.

DC Bhajantri directed the officials to maintain complete transparency in the verification process and ensure that every eligible woman under the scheme receives the benefit. He specifically instructed Anganwadi workers to expedite verification activities in their respective areas and ensure efficient distribution of verification forms in both rural and urban zones.

The inspection underscores the district administration’s commitment to ground-level monitoring and timely execution of welfare schemes.
