DC Ranchi deducts CO Rahe’s one day salary for being absent

Ranchi, Nov 23: The Deputy Commissioner, Chhavi Ranjan, directed the Zonal Officer of Rahe to deduct one day’s salary of CO Rahe for being absent without any prior permission while reviewing the Revenue Registration, Land Reforms Department and the matters related to land acquisition.

During the meeting, the DC directed all the circle officers to stay at the Zonal Headquarters and not leave the headquarters without any prior permission.

He also directed for timely disposal of land mutation cases on the basis of merit without any unnecessary delay.

The caste, resident, income, birth and death certificates issued by the circle office were directed to be issued within the prescribed time limit.

The DC has directed the Additional Collector to provide citations to the circle officers who have done good work.

The progress of site selection work for the construction of seven health sub-centres was also reviewed where 3 sites have been selected in Namkum and one each in Tamad, Sonahatu and Silli. The DC obtained necessary reports regarding these sites from the Civil Surgeon and directed to take further action.

Apart from this, it was also conveyed during the meeting that the site has been identified for the construction of the Jharkhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (JREDA) office building, 300-bed girls’ hostel in Kanke and Ormanjhi block and Ecovillage in Ratu block.
