Deoghar, Sept 21: Ram Krishna Mission Vidhyapith will be organising its centenary celebrations from Sept 22 to 24. Swami Suviranand Ji Maharaj will inaugurate the ceremony at 9 am. There are many programmes which will be held in different sessions during the two-day celebration.
During the inaugural session, cultural programme will be presented by students and a short documentry film ‘A Glacier passage to wisdom’ based RK Mission Vidhyapith and directed by Anup Ray chaudhry will be shown. During next session science exhibition and programme based to promote handcraft will be held.
Moreover, its preparation is going on in full swing in the Vidyapith. The Principal of Vidyapith Swami Divyasudhanand Ji Maharaj said that the preparations for the centenary celebrations are almost complete. For the ceremony, grand decoration has been done in the Vidyapith campus with lights. Swami Suviranand Ji Maharaj, General Secretary of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission has arrived.
The Godda MP Dr Nishikant Dubey, Executive Director of AIIMS Dr Saurabh Varshaney and many others have been invited to attend the inaugural function.
Notably, RK Mission Vidyapith was founded exclusively for boys in 1922. It is the oldest institute of Ram Krishna Mission.
