Dhanbad Court’s APP found dead in her flat

Dhanbad, Oct 30: The body of assistant public prosecutor (APP) of Dhanbad court  Arnima Babita Minz was found in her Mamta Krishna apartment in Manoram Nagar under Sadar police station on Saturday afternoon.

A Police official said the 2010 batch of Jharkhand Prosecutor service Arnima Babita Minz was living alone in her flat in Dhanbad. When she did not reach court today, her colleagues searched and found her dead in her room. She was a resident of Ranchi.

Local people immediately took her to Shahid Nirmal Mahto Medical College Hospital (SNMMCH) Saraidhela where doctors declared her dead.  On the information of  Manoram Nagar residents senior officers of Dhanbad court informed her family members in Ranchi.

After getting information from the apartment residents, officials of  Dhanbad Sadar police station reached the spot and took the body in custody.

Mystery has shrouded her death in the apartment. In-charge of Dhanbad court’s assistant public prosecutors, Anil Kumar Singh said that she had attended her duty in court yesterday and looked normal. “ When she did not appear today without giving information, the search began. Her colleagues informed about the incident,” said APP in-chargeAnil Kumar Singh to media persons.

Senior superintendent of police (SSP) Sanjiv Kumar said that only after getting details he would comment on the issue.
