Ranchi, Oct 29: Dhanbad Judge Uttam Anand’s death case was heard in the High Court today where the court questioned Section 302 in the case, calling the charge sheet a novel by the CBI.

The matter was heard in the court of Chief Justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad where the court said that the case is still in the same position where it was earlier and in the midst of that the chargesheet was also filed by the CBI.

The next hearing of the matter will be on November 12.

During the last hearing, the court had reprimanded the chargesheet filed by the CBI expressing its displeasure. The High Court had said that the stereotype charge sheet has been filed keeping the court in the dark. There is no evidence of section 302 of murder mentioned in the charge sheet, the motive of filing the charge sheet was termed wrong by the court. Commenting on the action of the CBI, the court said that CBI is working like babus.

Earlier, the CBI had presented the investigation report in the High Court. Regarding which the High Court had said that nothing is being clarified in this report. At the same time, the High Court had directed the CBI and the SIT to present a specific report. During the previous hearing, the CBI advocate had said that in the interrogation, the relationship of many related people is being known, but it is too early to say anything about this.
