Dhanbad: SNMMCH doctor’s daughter gets ‘Shiksha Bharati Award’

Dhanbad, Oct 27: A young researcher of Dhanbad, Anusha Thakur has received the prestigious ‘Shiksha Bharti Award’  from the Indian Achievers’ Forum, New Delhi for her contribution to education and research works.

The Indian Achievers’ Forum, comprising distinguished bureaucrats, celebrated journalists, top corporate CEOs, and Indian and international dignitaries confers this prestigious award to an individual for his/her extraordinary contributions in various educational fields for the betterment of society and the nation.

Anusha Thakur has been conferred with this award for her published chapter  “Impact of Mood of the Millennial Customers on Purchase of Apparels Online,” featured in IGI Global, USA in 2021. Anusha’s exemplary contributions in the book ‘Research Anthology on E-Commerce Adoption, Models and Applications for Modern Business’ left an indelible impact in the field of education and research.

Anusha Thakur is the daughter of Prof (Dr)  AK Thakur, HoD ENT, Shahid Nirmal Mahto Medical College Hospital (SNMMCH) Dhanbad.

Besides publication records, she has the credit of reviewing various publications including IGI Global, USA, and Common Ground Research Networks journals and books.

Anusha completed a B.Tech in “Electronics and Instrumentation Technology” from Tumkur, Karnataka, and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Economics and International Business from the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun.

She completed a post-graduation certification course in “Market Research and Data Analytics” from MICA, Ahmedabad.
