Ranchi, Aug 22: Indian Chamber of Commerce has announced the appointment of Dr Amritanshu Prasad, chairman of the ICC Jharkhand chapter and Dipankar Panda as the Co-chair of the ICC Jharkhand chapter.
Dr Amritanshu Prasad is a Post Graduate in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, MBA from BIT Mesra and PhD in Business Management from Ranchi University. He has rich experience in leading organizations such as SAIL, JSW, Usha Martin, Reliance Energy, Adhunik and Adani Group in the field of HRM, Business Development and Corporate Affairs. Currently, he heads Corporate Affairs in Adani Jharkhand.
While the Co-Chair Dipankar Panda is a retired civil servant of Jharkhand and presently works as Director – Projects, JSW Jharkhand Steel Limited, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
He was a special Secretary to the ex-Governor of Jharkhand, Additional Secretary of Department of Forest, Environment and Climate Change, Jharkhand, Director of Handloom, Sericulture and Handicrafts, Dept. of Industries, Jharkhand, Managing Director of Ranchi Industrial Area Development Authority (RIADA), Dept. of Industries, Chief Executive Officer of Ranchi Municipal Corporation, Department of Urban Development, to name a few.
Dipankar did an Executive MBA, PGEXP from IIM Ranchi, MA (History), JNU, Delhi University and before that he pursued BA (History) from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi University.
