Hazaribag, July 18: After a Pakistani woman Seema Haidar reached Uttar Pradesh, now a Dutch lady has reached Jharkhand to meet her boyfriend after she developed a friendship with a boy in Hazaribag through Instagram.
Barbara Polad has reached Hazaribagh on a tourist visa.
Saddam Alam a.k.a Aftab, of Khutra in Katkamsandi block said he came in touch with Barbara through Instagram and later the affairs started. Both decided to leave together and so Barbara came to Delhi from Holland. After staying in Delhi for two months, she reached Hazaribag and stayed at Canary Hill Hotel in the city. After staying there for three days, she reached Saddam’s house in Khutra.
Baraba said her visa period has expired and so she will return to her country soon.
Pelawal police station in-charge Abhishek Kumar said that the woman had come to India from Holland as a tourist. “There is no information about her relationship with the young man. But an investigation is going on in this regard,” he added.
Barbara, who is a few years older to Saddam, said she works in a private company in Holland having a house, car and all the modern facilities. Not ready to speak much, she said she wanted to live with Saddam forever. “I will also take Saddam to my country on a tourist visa. Like India, my country is also very beautiful,” she added.
