ED raids Jharkhand IAS officer’s premises

Ranchi, April 13: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has begun conducting raids on IAS officer Chhavi Ranjan. He was deputy commissioner of Ranchi when a lease for stone mining at Angara, at the outskirts of Ranchi, was granted to Chief Minister Hemant Soren.
