Ranchi, Dec.4: Work for bringing all the district courts across Jharkhand under electronic surveillance is likely to start in January 2022. The Chief executive officer (CEO) of JAP-IT, Sarvesh Singhal, informed this to lagatar24.com saying a tender for the work was floated today.
“The technical bid will be opened on December 28 and soon after the date of opening the commercial bid will be announced. I don’t think it will take more than a week to open a commercial bid after opening the technical bid. In January, I will certainly give the order as the work has to be done expeditiously,” CEO Singhal said, expressing his commitment for the quick disposal of the work.
Tender has been invited for selection of system integrator for supply, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of IP CCTV system at district courts and sub-division courts in Jharkhand, Those interested in the work will have to deposit Rs 1 crore as earnest money in the form of Bank Guarantee in favour of CEO, JAP-IT.
The bid uploaded today can be downloaded from the website http://jharkhandtenders.gov.in. Pre-bid meeting will take place on December 14 and online bid submission will start from December 20 and the last date for submission is December 27.
