Family Court begins in Ramgarh

Ramgarh: A Kutumb Court was started in Ramgarh by the Jharkhand High Court on Monday.  Judge Lolark Dubey has been appointed as the principal judge of the Kutumb Court.  This court will operate in the civil court premises only.  All the cases related to family disputes will now be heard in the Kutumb Court.

Anand Agarwal, President of the District Advocates Union, Ramgarh said that since the time of the establishment of the Civil Court in the district, there was a demand for the establishment of a Kutumb Court.

With the commencement of Kutumb Court, the settlement of family disputes will speed up and the party will get justice soon.

Government advocate Sanjeev Ambashta said that with the establishment of a Kutumb Court in the Civil Court premises, speedy action will be taken in the pending cases and the parties will get justice soon.  Along with this, the burden of family matters pending with the Principal District Sessions Judge will be reduced.
