Ranchi, June 23: Godda MP Nishikant Dubey has alleged a land scam in Deoghar explaining how a private land on which a government hospital was running was fraudulently transferred to a private person after the death of the real land owner.

The land is at Filaria Kothi. It was transferred in the name of Sunil Ghosh, which according to documents produced by Dubey, is Arvind Kumar.

“Chief Minister @ HemantSoren JMM Ji, in connection with the land scam Deoghar today Filaria Kothi. This Kothi belongs to Hari Das Ghosh. A government hospital used to run on rent here. Hari Das Ghose died. He has no child in his family. This property belonged to the Jharkhand government but the district administration along with the land mafia registered the land by declaring Sunil Ghosh as the heir. This Sunil Ghosh is actually Arvind Kumar. The Aadhar Card is the witness of this, both the Aadhar numbers are the same ******9257 is amazing guts,” Dubey’s tweet read.
