Ranchi: The Jharkhand High Court on Friday refused to grant bail to notorious gangster Aman Srivastava. The hearing on his bail plea was conducted in the High Court, where the Hazaribagh SP was also present as per the court’s previous directive.

During the proceedings, Aman Srivastava’s lawyer requested to withdraw the petition, which the court accepted. The gangster had sought bail in an Arms Act case registered at Giddi police station in Hazaribagh.

In case number 9/2021 registered at Giddi police station, all other accused have been granted bail except Aman Srivastava, who remains in judicial custody.
