Ramgarh, July 11: To stop illegal mining in Ramgarh district and strict action against the culprits, Ramgarh DC Madhavi Mishra has directed the officers to work in a planned manner.
During an inspection drive conducted by Mining Inspector Vinod Bihari Pramanik, on Monday evening, near Kuju Giddi Main Road, under Kuju police station, a Hyva vehicle was caught transporting about 20 metric tons of raw coal without a transport challan, after which the vehicle was seized and further action is being taken after registering an FIR in the Kuju police station.
