Ramgarh, Jan 17: The second program of IMA’s Mission Pink Health was organized online for Lohardaga district.
Children and their parents from remote rural areas of ??Lohardaga under the leadership of Dr. Santvana Sharan benefited from this program.
In this webinar, information like anaemia, hormones and adolescence, nutrition, proper hand hygiene before eating and after defecation, menstrual problems in adolescent girls and their prevention, good and bad touch, is necessary for boys as well as girls.
An attempt was made to convey all the information to the children in an entertaining manner through various types of videos and the information about all these was given by the expert doctors.
Mission Pink Health is an ambitious project of the Indian Medical Association which is being run all over India with the aim of providing all this information to every child.
Organizing such programs in remote areas is a big achievement for the organization, according to Dr. Santvana Sharan, National Secretary, Mission Pink Health. She said that the association aims to organize such programs in every district of Jharkhand in future.
The program was coordinated by Dr. Divya Saxena, National President MPH, Dr. Santvana Sharan, National Secretary MPH, Dr. ND Sahay, Senior Pediatrician Ramgarh, Dr. Sudhir Arya, heart specialist Ramgarh, Dr. Mrityunjay Singh, Anesthesiologist Ramgarh, Dr. Anupam Singh, Gynecologist Ramgarh, and Dr. Tanushweta Pandey addressed from America and Smt. Nidhi Anupama Mishra, Advocate presented the vote of thanks.
