IMD forecasts dry and clear weather over Jharkhand for next five days

Jamshedpur, Feb 3: Ranchi Meteorological Centre issued a forecast of dry and clear weather over Jharkhand for the next five days.

According to weathermen, a high-pressure gradient is existing over Jharkhand and this will result in dry and clear weather with slight changes in minimum and maximum readings.

The north-westerly wind was prevailing in the lower level of the atmosphere. Weathermen confirmed that no moisture incursion was taking place into the atmosphere.

Met statistics suggested that the minimum temperature was hovering between 4 and 5 degree Celsius in Khunti and its adjoining areas.

Simdega and Ramgarh recorded around seven degree Celsius while Ranchi, Daltonganj, and Chaibasa in West Singhbhum, Deoghar and Giridih recorded around 10 degree Celsius.

The minimum temperature fluctuated between 12 and 13 degree Celsius at Jamshedpur and its adjoining areas.
