Deoghar, April 21: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) a government of India Enterprise, is going to offer an economical tour package covering five Jyotirling and some other famous religious places like Shirdi Sirna pur Dham at a concession on fares.
Addressing the media in Beverage Lounge at Jasidih Junction today, executive Amit Moitra detailed the tour packages. According to Amit, this is the first time ever that from Kolkata “Bharat Gaurav Yatra” train under the “Dekho Apna Desh” programme will originate on the 20th of May and will terminate on the 31st of May at the same Junction.
Elaborating about 11 Nights/12 days tour he said that the berth would be of three types. Fare of the sleeper class will be charged about 20,060 per passenger and for the 3rd and 2nd Ac fares would be 31,800 and 40,000 respectively. As per the birth possessed by passengers, the lodging and bus for local travelling would be made available. During the tour, pure vegetarian meals would be served three times a day. Two bottles of water and three times tea would be served to each passenger.
The IRCTC executive has assured that there would be sweepers in sufficient numbers and security and tour escorts in coach.
